This site is not set up for Online Payment.
Payment is made when you pick up.  If we are shipping, we will call for payment info.
For security reasons, never email credit card information!!

     Send us an E-mail with the following information and we'll take care of the rest:

Step 1 - Tell us who you are...
• The name of your company, organization, church, school, etc.
• Your name, daytime telephone number, e-mail and fax number
Step 2 - Identify the plaque(s) you are ordering...
• The item number, size and description
• Quantity of each item ordered
• Plate color, (only on stock plaques)
Step 3 - Provide wording for your plaques...
• Simply type or write it up as you would like it to appear (attach Word file if preferred)
• Doesn't have to be exact or to scale, just enough to give us an idea of what you want
• To use your logo, check out the logo setup page, then e-mail logo to us
• You can choose from our selection of letter styles, or let us handle the fonts
Step 4 - Let us know if you need any additional services (Call for prices)...
• Review a proof of your award layout (no charge; order will be on "hold" pending your approval)
• Courier Delivery Service (credit card required if not on account with us)
• Priority Service - For faster turnaround (limited availability, call for details)
    That's all there is.  When we receive your order, we will call you for confirmation and to discuss any details.  Your order will can be picked up within a week.  Of course, larger orders (20 or more plaques) will require more time, so be sure to check with us beforehand.  And if you have any questions, always feel free to call us.  We are always glad to help.
